Grandma's Recipes- Salmon Creole

Salmon Creole

Unusual! Takes just 10 minutes

Melt: 2 tablespoons of butter
Add: 2 tablespoons minced onion, 2tablespoons chopped pepper. Cook until brown.
Add: 1 can Demings Salmon (flaked), 1 can tomato soup or 1 cup of hot tomato sauce
Season: to taste
Simmer: 10 minutes
Serve: Over steamed rice or on toast

I'll have to try this...I have these little cans of salmon sitting in my pantry and no idea what to do with them...

Yum! I was going to make salmon croquettes this week, but I think I'll try this for a change. Thank you for sharing!
