Yesterday I got 16 Quarts of Strawberries

Today I made 8 pints of Strawberry Jam

(anyone have any idea why it separated like it did?)

I also froze 6 Quarts of Strawberries
sliced up a few Quarts for Strawberry Shortcake!

Mine did that too. My grandma said something about me not cooking the sugar long enough. It's still really good, just not as firm as I'd have liked.
