oh what a beautiful pie! My dear Grandma would be proud of that one as it's nice and big! The homemade crust looks perfect, and I can see that you let it cook long enough b/c some of the liquid seeped out onto the crust (as it should, when it bolis, so the liquid will be thickened). I'm saying this b/c my mom and Grandma would always remind me to be sure of this, but I always seem to take the pie out too soon, and it's not done. apples hard, and liquid not thickened. I think it's b/c I'm trying to save myself the clean up of it spilling over. anyway...sorry to write a book!
again, your pie looks wonderful, and I'll bet it tasted wonderful too!
Thanks for stopping by my blog, I'm going to put your link on mine, and stop back here often and hope to see the 4 legged Barbers somtime!

Your first pie looks really good! I'd love a slice of that.
The question is....how did it taste? Looks great.
Hi Carolyn :)
Congratulations! It turned out beautiful. I have yet to master a good crust.
