"Kill a Bug" Flu Juice
Put 1 head of peeled garlic, 1/3 cup sliced fresh ginger and 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper into 1 quart of water.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add 1 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup honey. Stir.
