What's for Dinner?

What's for Dinner?? That's my Hubs favorite question! He is a meat and potato guy. Doesn't like the fancy fancy fru fru stuff. I rely on Kraft Foods, Rachael Ray and other quick fix recipes to keep him fed.

In the What's for Dinner segments, I will share the recipes.

Italian Chicken & Tomato Pasta Toss

Prep Time:10 min
Total Time:20 min
Makes:4 servings, 1-3/4 cups each

3 cups medium curly egg noodles, uncooked
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

** I add some Black Olives too!!

COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, dressing and garlic. Cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.

DRAIN pasta. Toss with the chicken mixture and basil; sprinkle with cheese.

EAT!!
